Return, refund & claims Policy
Claims for Issues & Defects:
At Bitchin’ Waves, any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be made no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If we determine the issue was our mistake, we will cover the cost.
If there are any problems with your product or order, please submit a problem report for us to review.
Return Address & Handling:
The return address is set by default to Drustvo Maraktiv Maribor, Slovenska ulica 15, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. When we receive a returned item, you’ll receive an automated email notification.
Wrong Address Policy:
If an address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm the updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned items of this nature will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped.
If a customer wishes to return an item, they should contact Bitchin’ Waves before doing so. We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are handled at the discretion and expense of the customer. If you choose to offer an exchange, you will need to place a new order at your expense.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items or for orders lost in transit when a claim is approved. If your return or claim qualifies, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
EU Consumer Rights:
As per Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized items, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons. Bitchin’ Waves reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Language & Governing Policy:
This policy is governed by the English language, regardless of translations provided.
